If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We keep data collected via the contact form indefinitely for customer service purposes. Our intention is to use the data collected via our form to better serve you – including marketing our services to best fit your interests.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. How long we retain your data

For users that register as members on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Member emails are shared with our email provider MailChimp. Data is retained there until the user unsubscribes. Read the MailChimp privacy policy here.

For users that register for events on our website, Caldera Forms stores a record of all form submissions. Your data may be deleted by the site administrator. You may request a report of saved data related to your email address.

Security logs are retained for 60 days.

Where we send your data
